Unseen Amsterdam is the annual multifaceted event taking place annual in September showcasing the latest developments within contemporary photography. With over 25.000 visitors each year, Unseen Amsterdam aspires to provide novel and diverse approaches to engage with photography. The event does this through combining programme elements such as the Fair (53 international galleries), CO-OP (12 selected artist run collectives from around the world), the Book Market (70 independent publishers), the Living Room (three-day speakers programme), Exhibitions, Onsite Projects and the City Programme.
Charting key developments at the forefront of contemporary photography, Unseen Magazine is distributed in 16 countries and invites a selection of instrumental voices to provide their take on the position of the medium today.
Unseen Live is a formula of world-wide collaborative events designed to engage existing and cultivate new audiences in becoming part of the Unseen Society, 2018 included events in Moscow, Hamburg, Beijing and Paris.
